Mouse Arrow-Hourglass problem

Hi to all

I migrated reasently from 95 to XP.

When I clicked in a website on a link to go to a different place in
the same website, with W95 the cursor changed from arrow to arrow und
hourglass.
With XP it does not do this or is so fast that I don't know if my
click was succesful.

Here I must say that being not on the net I get an hourglas when
change to something else.

Is the a fix for this?
