Mount Image failed when logged in as a Power User

Hi,

I'm having trouble mounting an image when signed in as a Power User. I've
had a look in secpol and gpedit but can't seem to find any settings that
would be of some help. I am able to mount the image when logged in with
admin privilages so I don't think the software is at fault.
Software I am using is PowerISO.
