motion path alignment

i am moving letters one at a time so that they are in a vertical row. ppt
does not allow me to select and align the end of the motion path like it does
a text box for instance.. is there a way?

Y're right, it's pretty hard to position the end of a motion path. So I use
the guide lines to move the red arrow representing the end of the mpotion
path
