motherboard ??

anyone have experience with gigabyte ga-8ik100?
my msi bit the dust and vendor is out of them. they are sending the gigabyte
as replacement. it was a higher price than msi but appears to be same specs.
any opinions welcomed.

I have done that, was just wondering if anyone had personal experience with
it.
