Quite a while back I bought a BCM DR742 motherboard on eBay for little or
nothing. I have now gotten a chance to use it. It has a 400Mhx Celeron
processor and 128Mb of PC100 memory installed. It also has onboard video
and audio wherein lies my problem. I've installed Windows 98 on it and
Windows 98 recognizes neither the graphics adapter or the sound. I have
Googled to no end. Very little information on the DR742. If I even knew
what brand of machine it came out of, I might be able to find the drivers.
BelArc Advisor is just telling me "Standard Graphics Adapter" and nothing
for multimedia except the MPU-401.
Could someone here perhaps help me find those drivers? If I find them
first, I'll post back.
Thanks!

Have you tried here?

No, but I had been at http://www.bcmcom.com/bcm_search.asp and couldn't
find anything for "DR742".
But now that you've led me to the "IN810" I looked at the picture of the
motherboard and that is definitely it. You can even see "DR742" etched on
the board.
I have downloaded the drivers and I'm sure they'll work.
First of all, thanks a lot!
Secondly, how did you derive IN810 from DR742? :-)
