Most repeated number

Hi all,

I have a table with several rows and columns with several numbers in it.

I was looking for a formula which could tell me what was the most repeated
number for each column.
e.g.: A1 > 10 ; A2 > 12 ; A3 > 10 ; the FORMULA should show "10" as the result
