Most file types changed to image file types

I loaded a ACDSEE and now most of my file types have been
changed to ACDSEE file types ... so it thinks things are
images.

All of my 'exe' files are now 'exe image'.

How can I change these back to just exe?

Open ACDSEE....
Click on "Tools" > select Files Associations >Goto Achieve (you should
see and exe extension file etc is checked. Uncheck that. Then, click OK.

I didn't realize acdsee could be so aggressive to take
over so many file associations.

James
