The cooling Fan is running and there is a wire touching it making this noise.
Hard drive spinning fast but it shouldn't be persistent!.
Clogged/hard dust in the cooling Fan can cause this, so have a look in and
be sure nothing touching the cooling have from wires or ribbon cables.
Don't poke for a long and don't touch any components other than the wires
and ribbon cable you may fry a component by your ESD (Electro static
Discharge).
Also check your sound scheme/ volumes or speakers.
