This is my original question that I posted in May.
I insterted a .jpg logo into a word document, in order to print. It looks
fine in the print preview, however when it prints there are two logos printed
each half the size of the original.
Deleting the logo and reinserting it does not fix the problem, when printed
there are always two logos.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
I received an answer from garfield-n-odie which was -
In Word, try turning off background printing in Tools | Options | Print.
In Windows, try turning off printing spooling and/or advanced text
services in Start | Control Panel | Printers | <right-click on your
printer> | Properties.

That worked for the document I was asking about. However I now have the same
problem with another document. Turning off background printing doesn't work,
and I don't have administrative privileges to alter the printer properties.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to garfield-n-odie for helping me solve my original problem!

Hi, nlabarge. Unfortunately these are the the only ways I know
of to fix the multiple image problem. Can you ask your computer
support staff to change the printer properties for you?
