More than 4-5 windows stack up vertically

Hi, I think, there is a bug in XP. When you open more than 4-5 windows, it
aligns them all vertically. I don't like that.

Is there any way, they can stack horizontally like they used to in Win 98 or
before. So even if I have 10 windows open of IE, they are layered
horizontally, rather than vertically now?
 
Right click the task bar..properties and uncheck group similiar taskbar
buttons.

thinking it would have been more of a registry hack issue. Thanks again.
