More than 2 Administrators were found on this computer

I ran Microsoft BSAVersion 1.2.1 (1.2.4013.0) This service warned me of
more than 2 administrators. One of the administrators had a user name of
S-1-5-21-689279713-248771546-3895304184-1003 what can I do to remove
this unknown user from my computer?

just click on the result details below the sentence where it says 2 admin found. New window will open and it will show the list of users who have admin rights. These will be your local users u created, just delete and rescan it. This time there will be no msg of 2 admin
