More RAM for Emulator?

Tools->Options->Device Tools->Devices

Select the emulator
Click Properties
Click Emulator Options
Check Specifiy RAM size
Set RAM size

I remember that I had to delete the emulator's image file to increase RAM
size. In my case, this file was located under Program Files\Microsoft Visual
Studio 9.0\SmartDevices\Emulators\Images\PocketPC\2003\1033. Path derives
according to VS version, device type, device OS version and locale.
