A Couple of Questions:

1. I have a linked form in Access 97, The front part displays address and
contact Information for a supplier and the user can click a command button to
open a sub form which displays the Commodity groups for the supplier. This
works fine (thanks to some help from this group) if the user tabs through the
fields in this form they can tab through onto a new record. Is there any way
of stopping this?
2. I have designed another form which displays the contracts for the
supplier, the problem is with this form is that there could be more than 1
contract per supplier so I need a way to select which contract I would like
to display the info on – I was thinking about having a separate form which
could list all contracts per supplier which could then open up the contract
details. Is this the best way of doing this or can anyone think or a better
way?
3. Also when the user navigates back from the Commodity form back to the
Suppliers details form it only displays the record relating to the commodity
groups they were just checking and none of my navigation buttons work. Does
anyone know why this is?

Sorry for my explaining skills.

1. Change the FORM property CYCLE on the "Other" tab to Current Record. Or
you could change the ALLOW ADDITIONS property on the "Data" tab to No. I
think if you look at both of these you can choose which one will accomplish
what you want.
2. That method sounds fine to me ...
3. No quite sure what you are asking here - anybody else??
