I am a professional meeting planner. I have worked for several different
organizations and they all do things differently. However, meetings always
have the same ingredients, this amazes me. Anyway, when I set-up travel and
lodging for my meeting attendants I like to send them an easy to read one
page Logistics Factsheet with all their pertinent information such as:
Meeting Information
Hotel Information
Flight Information
Ground Transportation Information
Special Needs:
ADA support
Passport etc.
I wish there was a really cool form that I could pull up that had drop down
menuse etc so I could do this quickly. Let me know if you come up with
anything.
Thanks!
