More lines in Word's Envelope window

Hi All

Word XP and 2003 only offer me a max of 7 address lines in it's
Tools/Letters & Mailings/Envelopes & Labels feature.

I need a min of 8 address lines for most of my addresses and the above
feature chops the additional lines off.

Is there anyway of increasing the number of lines that this feature can
handle?

Thanks

Rob

Hi Astra,

Insert the envelope into the current document and you should be able to
add lines. Note that you may need to drag the bottom border of the FRAME
in which the address is placed in order to see those additional lines.

If you don't want to work via inserting an envelope in a document, then
printing it out, you might want to create a TEMPLATE (*.dot) file for
envelopes and use that instead of the dialog box.

The number of lines is fixed by the frame that forms part of the Envelope
Address paragraph style. Change the height of the frame to auto - see
