More information in the Status box of the TASK form.

I would like to add more information to the Status drop down box. The "in
progress, waiting on someoene else, completed" etc just does not work for my
requirements.

I keep track of documents and who they have been sent to. I need to add
information such as, "Marketing Department, Legal Department, Printers, etc"

therefore I would like to add these to the status list on the task pane.

just a side note. I am working on a stand alone computer that is NOT tied
into Exchange.
