"More Information" by default

In Vista certain dialogs have a little down arrow with "More information"
written next to it that you can click.

Is there any way to get Vista to show this "More information" automatically
without having to click the little down arrow every time?

Info like this, not tweakui, no MS new gadgets, Ultimate extras fraud and
other tweaking methods to me are a good indicators of; lack of adoption.

I too would love to be able to default "more information" along with remove
the "Start Search" dialog from the start menu, and disable pointless services
like "Task Scheduler" but alas the current user base for Vista is either to
sparse or populated with drones.
