More info of RAV Antivirus Scan results

I was not getting these hundreds of emails until I downloaded from a
Microsoft email attatchment called, "September 2003, Cumulative Patch." How
do I undo this if the email was not really from Microsoft?

Microsoft will never send you emails with attachments, nor will they send
you any emails unless you ask them to. goto Windows Update to get all
updates for Windows.
