More calendaring questions

I want to print through outlook and OWA - calendar list top to bottom for
several users for example if I want a daily list of all the people in my
departments schedule

John
8-10 employee review 12-2 lunch with client 4-6 smoke
Mary
9-10 doctor's appointment 2-4 meet w/ vendor
Jane
8-10 prep meeting 1-3 training

Outlook doesn't have any built-in way to provide such a consolidated printout. It would require custom programming code.
