More address book stuff

Okay, I'm ready to ask a question, and I've looked at every PIM I can find
on the web, nothing does what I need. So, here goes:

Is there some freeware that will grab info from the Windows Address Book
(.wab file) and print envelopes with return addresses?

I've googled until I can't google no more, and can't find anything. Any
help will be appreciated.

Don't know one specifically. However, WAB can export to CSV format. There
are freeware spreadsheets around that could probably do the trick.
OpenOffice is a popular app here with a spreadsheet. I don't use it, but I'd
be surprised if it couldn't do what you're asking for.

Or get a proggie like Notetab Lite (www.notetab.com). It's a text editor
with a built in scripting ability. Write a simple script to reformat the CSV
info into a label.

Hopefully this will get your creative juices flowing. . .

Sheesh, I don't think so. I often need to print just a single envelope, and
if I have to go through all that work, I may just as well handwrite it.

Thanks anyway.
