Months displayed in title line

Two small month calendars are displayed on the right in the title line,
opposite the title of the time period of the calendar. Currently, the small
calendars are for the current month and the next month. My preference is for
the previous and next months. How do I change the title to display of those
small calendars?
 
Outlook doesn't do that, unfortunately. It's a long-standing issue.
