monitors resolution

I downloaded some of the updates from Microsoft and now
my monitor has the lowest setting of resolution and I
cant change it, it seems to be stuck there. Has anyone
had this same problem? The lowest setting on the
resolution restricts a lot of things I normally can view.

Download and install updated drivers for your graphics card from the
manufacturer's website.
