My monitor shows the contents fuzzy after using the KVM, does it relate to
the frequency of the KVM incompatible with the monitor?

Are you saying that you connected it to a KVM in the past, have since
removed the KVM from the setup (so your computer is connecting directly back
to the monitor) and the screen is 'fuzzy'?

Are you running (if this an LCD monitor) at the monitors *native*
resolution?

I used to connect to monitor (19 inches) directly all working fine at 1280 x
1024.
Now I connect to the KVM and the monitor is looking fuzzy. I need to
downgrade the resolution to 1024x768, it is better but still has 'ghost
shadow'.

I assume you are using 2 PCs to drive one monitor.

If your monitor can accept them try setting the 2 PCs to different refresh
rates. This seems to afflict CRT monitors more than TFT, but individual
examples may vary.

If adjusting the monitor's own hardware settings (front panel buttons)
does not help, then you should return the KVM switch to the store you
bought it from, as it is a particularly bad KVM switch.
Try a different brand if you really need it; I have not heard good things
about Belkin, but your mileage may vary.
My own 2-port KVM switch is from a generic brand and is now reaching it's
5 year birthday, but hasn't caused what you describe yet.

My monitor is 19" DiamondDigital LCD one.
Yes, actually my switch(KVM) has 4 ports and the problem begin when I
connect 2 PC to this KVM, the support guy gave me for testing our
application and this brand new KVM has been using in our company and I
didn't notice any problem to my colleagues. May be that's my LCD does not
'compatible' to this KVM.

What resolution are you trying to run your monitor at?

What is the supported resolutions for your KVM?

Is this a real KVM or some other brand and you're just calling it a KVM?

Did you use the proper cables?
