I have just upgraded to XP from win 98 and am finding The
display onmy monitor bowed in the center. I have a
pentium 3 at 500mz and a Diamond viper 770tnt2 agp video
card does anyone know how to resolve this?

Visit http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
and download the latest drivers.

Before installing them, uninstall the old drivers. In your
Control Panel, open the Add or Remove Programs applet
and look for "NVIDIA Drivers" to uninstall.

After installing a fresh set of NVIDIA drivers, right-click on your
Desktop and select Properties > Settings, change the Color
Quality to "Highest (32 bit)", then adjust your Screen Resolution
to your liking, then click on Apply.

Simply adjust the refresh rate (display settings) so that it isn't bowed.
Also adjust the monitor controls if they have a pincushion adjustment.

I personally can't see how this is a driver problem.

First = correct video board drivers

Second = correct video board driver settings (refresh rate for your monitor)

Third = correct monitor .inf file on your computer (available from the
monitor manufacturer - also incorrectly referred to monitor driver)

Fourth = monitor controls for pin cushion adjustment etc.
