Monitor is dark

I had carpet installed in my office. My comoputer worked
fine before I broke it down to move it out of my office.
When I put my computer back in the office, the monitor
stays dark. I do not get the beep or ping that usually
hapens during boot up. I have tried three different
monitors and none of them are recognized. The monitor
does work when I use a differnet computer. I bring in a
different computer them system boots up properly. I took
the computer to be service and the techs monitor
connected imediatley. We thought the probelm was solved
and I brought it back to my office and the problem still
occurs. Any sugesstions?

Double check the port you are plugging the monitor into on the PC.

memory modules may have become loose due to movement of system...just remove
the memory(RAM) and reinsert...
