| BAH! I hadn't seen that one, but now that you mention it there a line line
| at the bottom of mine as well! Ignorance was bliss..
It's typical of all aperture grille monitors, which your Viewsonic is.
Smaller screens (eg. 17") usually have only a single line across the
center. Those "lines" are actually very thin wires holding the
aperture grille in place.
