My friend has just left their computer with me for the week while they jet
off on holiday. Problem I have is I said not to bother leaving the monitor
as I have one already. Went to set it up today and the only connector at the
back was one of these flat screen DVI thingys and my monitor is the CRT old
type and the connection won't fit. My questions are.
1. Is there an adapter that will allow me to connect my monitor to their
computer.
2. Is there any danger of me damaging their computer in doing so. I seem to
remember hearing something about connecting a anologue to a digital causing
problems.
