sorry, i'm not exactly sure where to put this topic, but the display on my
monitor is upside down and the mouse movements are inverted. i tried
resetting the factory display settings on the monitor but it didn't help and
i couldn't find settings to change in the display folder. the entire screen
display suddenly flipped when i held down ctrl + alt before i could hit
delete to bring up the task manager. any clues would be much appreciated
because it is very difficult to type this upside down. thanks!

Some graphics cards come with utilities or an option to rotate your display.
Most likely to be found in the Display/Advanced option.

Click on Start/Control Panel/Display/Setting Tab, Advanced button or it
could be an
Icon in the control panel specifically for the Video Card you have.

The following may also work: CTRL+ALT+Up arrow on some but not all video
cards.
