Monitor Display Has Turned 90 Degrees

Windows 2000 PC, monitor display has turned 90 degrees,
user admits to wiping keyboard whilst using system. Diplay
operates properly on Safe Mode. Any suggestions ?

Adam,

Re-install your display drivers. Nvidia cards havea feature for turning the
display.
If you have an Intel integrated (on board card) adapter, update to the
latest drivers.

You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your desktop and select:

Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".
