I keep getting A window that says preparinmg to install
in the center of m,y desk top. it starts to install then
another box comes over it that says 1309. Error reading
from file: c/bundle/money/iue/Msaacol, wav and always at
the bottom of my desk top it says Windows Inst...

It sounds like a corrupt install\bad disk to me. I would ask in a more
appropriate newsgroup though. Try microsoft.public.money
