Are there any monetary gains of doing MCPD?

I believe there is tremendous addition to the amount of knowledge of
an individual.

That would entirely depend on the employer.

I believe there is tremendous addition to the amount of knowledge of
an individual.

It depends on the individual, I think. I'm not a big fan of cramming
for exams - I think you get more benefit from reading a wide range of
books, blogs, questions from others, and simply by practising.
