modifying workstations registry

Hello,

I would like to apply this key to every pc in my domain
in a batch file.
How do i identify the pc to this line...

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"PasswordExpiryWarning"=dword:00000005
