Modify table of contents format

I would like to have extra long heading titles wrap in my Table of Contents
at a point of say 4" rather than go to the very end and then wrap. Is there
a way to set up a template that I can choose each time I insert a TOC? Could
I also set it up that the second line indents?

Modify the TOC styles to have a (positive) right indent. That way,
page numbers will end up at the tab stop at the right margin, but text
lines will wrap at the indent.

To modify the TOC styles, click the Modify button in the Index and
Tables dialog box (Table of Contents tab). When you are done, be sure
to Cancel the Index and Tables dialog box (don't click OK); otherwise,
Word asks if you want to replace the current TOC or insert a new one,
and neither of these options is what you are looking for.
