I'm experiencing a problem whereby files that are copied to a CDR
or CDRW are being tagged with creation AND modification registering
the current date. I'm using XP Professional.
I've also noticed that at times I've had to reboot the computer to actually
get a copy from the hard disk drive to the CD R/W done.
Something is slightly warped and I'm wondering if anyone knows what files
actually do the copying. This is really bothering me now, because I've
reinstalled Windows XP Professional like six times and it seems like one
of the latest updates has messed up the time/date stamps on files that are
being copied.
The files used to keep the current date/time stamps earlier in June/July
2003.
Now all files that I copy to a CDR or CDRW are being tagged with the
current date, for both the creation and modification dates.
