When loading Windows XP Professional it says I might need
to add files for my Conexant-ambit Soft56 Data.Fax modem.
How can I get those files as I didn't see that modem listed

I am not sure but I believe that this particular modem is a flex
modem. You may be SOL, I'm not sure. You can buy a
v.90 v.92 soft modem for about $15, or a good one for about
$50, or a really really good one for about $150.
