Modem restriction Policy

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to prevent users from dialing out
through a modem bank attached to my Windows 2000 Server.
I checked the port configs within RRAS and they are set
for Inbound. Unfortunately, I don't think that is working
the way I had expected it to.
Can anyone suggest something I can try to prevent users
from dialing out? Dialing in is ok...

From memory their are a few at commands on decent modems banks that allow
you to programe numbers in and also allow only numbers from the modem
list,Worth checking out from bank manufacturer.
