J John John Aug 2, 2007 #2 The file telephon.cpl has to be in the System32 folder. Can you run this command: rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL telephon.cpl Search for files *.cpl and you should find a copy of the file in the dll cache folder, you can copy it to the System32 folder. John
