Modem Icon Gone From XP Control Panel

My Modem Icon is no longer in Control Panel. What has happened
and how do I fix that?

The file telephon.cpl has to be in the System32 folder. Can you run
this command:

rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL telephon.cpl

Search for files *.cpl and you should find a copy of the file in the
dll cache folder, you can copy it to the System32 folder.
