Hy, some users ask me how to create a model of e-mail, they would to
have a reutilizable draft that everytime they need to send a standard
message to someone they just have an esisting model to compile and send
without rewrite all the message every time...
how i can do it with outlook 2003?
thanks to all

Create your message and, instead of sending it, save it to you Drafts
folder. When you want to send it, open the Drafts folder, right-click the
message and choose Forward. Make the mods you want, address it, and click
Send.

create the message and save it as a template or publish it.

You need to use the Outlook editor to create the message to use the method -
the templates will work with word as the editor once they are created.
