What is the best way to network several computers at different
locations over the internet?
I need to have an access to Eudora, outlook, and quickbooks datafiles
stored on one of the computers from the applications on the other
computers over the internet.

VPN - but that won't do everything you want. You would certainly not want to
open Quickbooks files or mail files over a VPN connection. Perhaps Remote
Desktop would be a better choice.
