MMS is driving me crazy

My kids are driving me crazy with use of MMS. Does anyone have any smart ways
to supress, lock out, apply a password, or somehow allow a parent to control
access to MM and how long a child sits in front of the screen? Is there a
timeout function for example?

Whatever you do they will eventually find a way around it... which
should make you proud...

Timeout function? Yeah - you go in and say OK enough... or buy a timer
switch for the power ;-) make sure it is well hidden and then when they
complain say it's an intermittent hardware bug... and you'll get it fixed
(eventually)...

You either allow them to use it, or you dont.
