I had this same problem. In Device Manager, for me, "ATI WDM Rage Theater
Audio" and "ATI WDM TV Audio Crossbar" had yellow exclamation point icons
next to them. I uninstalled them (right-click on each and choose
uninstall), then re-ran the WDM install in
c:\ATI\support\wxp...013420c\WDM\setup.exe.
