MM/YY date field?

Is it possible to create a date field that only contains mm/yy? -- no day
needed. Can I use this field to query for specific date ranges?

No. If you don't enter a day then the 1st of the month will be used by
default. You can certainly *display* it the way you want though by setting
the format property to "mm/yy". When doing queries just use the 1st of the
month for all criteria.
