MM Money and CD Backup Files

MM Places its backup file in a folder on my HD. Then when I try to copy it
to my RW CD it says the Drive is Read Only. It does this until I manually
erase the file I am replacing on the RWCD. I have tried to make the file RW
but it doesnt help. I can copy any other file to the same CD with no
problems. ONLY THE MONEY FILE has problems. Any help appreciated.

Can't help as I don't use Money but you might post in
microsoft.public.money and see if the experts there can give you a
hand.
