Mixed vs. Native

All my servers are Win2K or Win2003. I have no NT PDC's
or BDC's. I want to switch to native mode. I have my
Primay AD server and a backup (GC) at my colocation
facility connected via a VPN.

Should I switch this one first and then it will replicate
to all the other AD's servers? Or do I need to manually
switch them all?? Thanks!!

You only need to make the switch on one server, replication will take care
of the rest.

You have to change the Domain and Forest funtional levels to native. But
you cannot change it to Windows 2003 native because you have W2K DCs..
