Misssing Web Documen tab and Open command in shortcuts

Hello, looking for your BIG help.
I got problem just after I uninstalled http://www.advancedbrowser.com/ after I tested
it. Now my PC can only show General tab after I chose Properties on any URL files or
shortcuts, the Web Document tab is missing.

When I click a URL shortcut it goes for Print and not Open. My Open command is missing.
I can only open correctly in my saved Favorites URL files. All others which are saved
from the desktop, flash drive, and including link from network are all failed.

You can duplicate my problem if you have an extra PC to spare. I found 4 flaws and
suggest do not attempt. Thank you!

Fixes few registry keys/values that are associated with "Internet
shortcuts". I could repro the problem long time back.

"Web Document" tab is missing when you check the properties of a URL file:

BTW, you're not forced to follow my advice. It's completely your choice.
