MissingMethodException+Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Utilities

Hi
I installed an Application FakeGPS on my smartphone htc 710, when I
launch
it I get The following message:

"File or assembly name 'Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Utilities,

Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31BF3856AD364E35',
or

one of its dependencies, was not found."


I need your help to solve this problem

i think that the problem is that your application can't locate on the device
the assembly.

What version of the OS are you running. I don't believe this functionality
is available on 2003, but only WM 5 or greater.
