Missing Vertical Grid Lines

Dear All

I have a users who finds that all new Excel documents have the horizontal
lines only. I have re-installed and service packed the installation (Office
2000) - can anyone help?

1. Try changing the colour via Tools/Options/View/Colour.
2. I wonder if it is a monitor screen problem. Try upgrading th
driver
