I am missing the time Zone setting in my registry can
anyone tell me how to restore without reloading windows .

What OS and SP? What language?
What "time Zone setting"? The various zones are defined in one location
while the current system settings are in another...
There may also be some application-specific TZ settings stored in the
registry. What are the symptoms/errors?
