Missing tabs in Internet Options - HELP!

I am missing the ADVANCED and SECURITY tabs under
Tools/Internet Options. I've re-installed IE6, but still
no luck. Can anyone help. Thanks.

Go to Start | Run and type
regedit
and press <Enter>
Navigate to these keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control
Panel
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control
Panel
If SecurityTab and AdvancedTab exist in the right pane, right click them,
choose Modify and set them to 0 (that's zero).
