missing system file

okay i have this problem. one of my system files (ntoskrnl.exe) is corrupt.
so i put the windows cd in and ran the repair option. now im faced with a
computer with a missing file, a cd, and a command propt. i kno i do "copy"
something. how do i copy that file off the cd and put it in the appropriate
file on the hard disk?
